Terms & Conditions h5agent – The Complete Guide for Malaysian Players

1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings as defined:

4 Deposits & Payments

5 Fund Withdrawal

Fund withdrawal requests from an h5agent account are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per application.
• Processing time: 3 to 15 minutes for most supported payment methods.
• Withdrawals will be credited to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit.
• Your first withdrawal requires full identity verification (KYC) before it can be processed.
• Any bonus that has not met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

All h5agent bonuses, promotions, and special offers are subject to the following terms:

• The outcome of all games is final once a round is completed and cannot be disputed on the grounds of minor technical issues.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, h5agent will restore the last recorded state in the system, and that outcome shall be considered final.
